Maples and Calder, which merged with Dublin solicitors Binchys at the start of 2004, engaged FKM to Design & Project Manage the €2.2 million fit out of 2,800sq m (30,139sq ft) of space at 75 St Stephen's Green, Dublin to accommodate:

• its expansion plans in the Irish marketplace for both the law firm and its corporate services and
• the activities of it’s Fund Administration division, Maples Finance.

The law firm is ranked as the largest in the Cayman Islands and specialises in compliance work and is the only international company to negotiate a formal merger with an Irish law firm.
